Using only fresh, seasonal ingredients, the menu features naturally prepared dishes using produce from the reclaimed and re-planted orchard and vegetable gardens that surround the restaurant. In true Italian style, the menu has been designed to share featuring a range of antipasti, pizze, small plates and meat dishes.

The dining room is a transformed version of the original home of the Vigano family. Surrounded by picture windows above the plunging Plenty River Gorge Valley, guests can enjoy enchanting views from anywhere in the restaurant.
